Good morning! How are you today? We are not getting the dream house on purpose. After much thought.... despite my hubby's job being stable, we just think it is too much money to spend in a recession. We will buy our rental home and add on to it - giving hubby a big shop and making the house to over 3000 sq. foot (currently it is 2200 sq. foot) - and turning it from 4 bedroom/2 bath to 5 bedroom/3 bath. The house is 7 years old so it is pretty, modern and it is close to everything in a good neighborhood. :) So, don't be sad for me - this was our decision and it is a good thing, for the best. The house is not quite as magnificent as the other one, but it is quite nice and better than average. It is bright and sunny here. Looks like it will be a beautiful day.
